Sr Director IT

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall direction of enterprise IT, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day operational execution across infrastructure, applications, security, and shared technology services
• Establish measurable technology goals, service expectations, operating metrics, and performance standards across the IT function.
• Oversee enterprise technology governance, policies, standards, and controls to improve consistency, security, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Assess cybersecurity and technology risks across the organization and help define strategies that strengthen resilience, data protection, access controls, and information management practices.
• Manage relationships with key vendors, managed service providers, consultants, outsourcing partners, and other third-party technology resources.
• Develop and manage annual technology budgets, track performance against plan, and provide leadership with visibility into spending, priorities, risks, and resource requirements.
• Provide executive-level reporting on technology performance, major initiatives, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, service delivery, and strategic priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive progressive experience leading enterprise technology organizations within complex, multi-location, or multi-business environments.
• Significant experience managing senior-level IT functions across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, shared services, operations, or related technology areas.
• Proven ability to develop technology strategy and translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, investment priorities, and operating plans.
• Experience building, restructuring, or scaling IT teams while developing leaders and creating strong accountability around performance and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, technology risk, governance, information management, and enterprise IT controls.
