Sr. Director - Microsoft Digital Workspace

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director - Microsoft Digital Workspace to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leader will shape the strategy and execution of the digital workplace function, turning emerging technology investments into practical service offerings that improve client outcomes. The role will set direction across multiple teams and delivery disciplines, with a focus on governance, quality, and scalable operating models. It will also partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure complex, multi-workstream engagements are aligned, efficient, and outcome driven.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,000 – $325,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a unified direction for the digital workplace organization
• Translate technology investments into actionable service roadmaps
• Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and quality standards across teams
• Develop modular offerings that connect technology with client outcomes
• Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-workstream engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in technology services or consulting
• 5+ years of experience managing senior leaders across multiple delivery disciplines
• Proven experience building and scaling professional services capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies
