Sr Dispatcher Coordinator

Role purpose

Lead a dispatch shift everything a dispatcher does, plus shift ownership, L1 escalations and dispatch quality.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all dispatcher duties (see Dispatcher profile)
• Own shift handover
• Handle L1 escalations
• Prioritise the queue and make SLA-risk calls
• Mentor junior dispatchers
• Produce shift reports

Essential skills and experience

• 6+ years in field-service dispatch or NOC for US clients (6+ considered with strong lead experience)
• SLA-driven ticket management and escalation handling
• Knows US geography and time zones
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights

Desirable

• Data-centre, structured cabling and fiber terminology
• Field Nation / WorkMarket dispatch
• Prior shift-lead experience
• ITIL Foundation
