Sr. Domestic IT Recruiter

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with 2-5+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions across various levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates’ technical and interpersonal fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring teams
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Maintain candidate databases and generate reports as needed
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and technologies in the IT industry
• Build strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities

Skills

• 5+years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with ATS or CRM tools
• Prior experience in an IT services or consulting company is a plus
