Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.

• Develop detailed drawings for toilets, staircases, balconies, façade elements, and other building components.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.

• Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve coordination issues with the respective engineers.

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and construction feasibility.

• Prepare revised drawings and as-built drawings as required.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.

• Review drawings prepared by junior draftsmen and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise apartment projects.

• Advanced AutoCAD skills and strong knowledge of architectural detailing.

• Good understanding of building construction and structural/MEP coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
