Salary range: 99K-201K DOE

Role Summary & Project Lifecycle Support

We are searching for a senior professional to spearhead technical design efforts and take ownership of critical engineering deliverables. In this capacity, you will partner with cross-functional engineering teams and provide essential technical oversight across the entire project lifecycle, including procurement support, construction guidance, and final commissioning phases.

Key Technical Responsibilities

Power Distribution Design:

Architect robust industrial power distribution systems, including the creation of single-line diagrams, transformer configurations, motor control centers (MCCs), industrial switchgear, and safety grounding infrastructure.

Engineering Computations:

Execute vital electrical system assessments, such as short-circuit analysis, load flow studies, voltage drop metrics, and comprehensive cable and conduit sizing calculations.

Software & Compliance:

Utilize specialized electrical modeling software—with a strong preference for SKM PowerTools

, or alternative experience in ETAP

or EasyPower

—to ensure all designs strictly comply with NEC

, IEEE

, and related industry standards.

Background & Certification Targets

Industry Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated electrical engineering practice. Ideal candidates will have a strong background working within an EPC environment, heavy manufacturing, refining, mining operations, or the oil and gas sector.

Credentials:

Possession of an active Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
