Job Title: Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: 35- 38 Lpa

Work Time Zone: PST Overlap

The Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer will serve as a senior technical owner for enterprise endpoint services, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure endpoint management, application delivery, network access profiles, and modern workplace capabilities across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

This role is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and requires an experienced, hands-on engineer who can operate independently, drive technical execution, and support a 6 month on-site contract assignment in India. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and operational support of enterprise Windows,
  macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints, ensuring scalable and consistent endpoint
  standards.
• Own application packaging, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management through
  Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and JAMF.
• Design, configure, and deploy Wi-Fi, VPN, and access profiles, including SCEP and PKI
  based certificate authentication workflows.
• Provide senior-level administration and technical guidance for Intune, SCCM/MECM,
  Azure AD / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 endpoint services.
• Develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployments, improve configuration
  consistency, accelerate remediation, and reduce manual operational effort.
• Drive endpoint security and compliance enforcement while resolving complex Tier 2/3
  issues and mentoring support teams on advanced EUC troubleshooting practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
  related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in EUC, desktop engineering, endpoint
  management, or a related enterprise IT engineering discipline.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, including policy
  design, application delivery, device compliance, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to lead application packaging, testing, deployment, troubleshooting,
  and lifecycle management in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience designing and supporting Wi-Fi, VPN, and access profiles, including
  certificate-based authentication using SCEP/PKI.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with the ability to build repeatable automation for
  deployment, remediation, reporting, and support workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, identity-driven
  endpoint management, and modern workplace service integration.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Senior-level JAMF experience supporting macOS endpoint strategy, device compliance,
  application deployment, and operational standards.
• Experience integrating endpoint access with VPN and secure access platforms such as
  Cisco AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, or Zscaler.
• Exposure to enterprise VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual
  Desktop, including user experience and access considerations.
• Practical knowledge of Zero Trust principles, endpoint security controls, compliance
  enforcement, and risk reduction through modern endpoint management.
