Sr. Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering - Public Sector

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering - Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead complex, customer-facing engagements that bridge technical delivery, strategic account planning, and program execution in public sector environments. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to align solutions to client objectives while navigating regulatory and market-specific requirements across multiple countries. The position also includes mentoring junior Engagement Managers and helping drive team performance against regional booking targets.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,300 – $179,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence at the BU/Region level and help impact team booking targets
• Navigate complex regulatory and market-specific challenges across countries
• Mentor and support junior Engagement Managers on complex projects
• Develop and align account strategies with client objectives
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across engagements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings
• Proficient thought leadership recognized externally
• Experience in recruiting top-tier talent
• Expertise in platform architecture and strategic account planning
• Ability to travel 25-50% as needed
• Active high-level security clearance
