Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Quality professional for a leading manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, supplier quality, QMS documentation, customer inspections and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of hydraulic, pneumatic, machined, fabricated, rubber and polymer components.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, dimensional requirements and GD&T.
• Handle in-process and final inspection of equipment.
• Conduct performance testing, FAT and customer inspections.
• Prepare and maintain ITP/QAP, SOPs, Test Plans, inspection reports and FAT protocols.
• Maintain quality documentation and document traceability.
• Support and implement QMS as per ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of cGMP, Pharma/Biopharma standards and FDA requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, FMEA, PDCA, RCCM and 7 QC tools.
• Drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle supplier quality activities including FAI, PPAP, supplier audits and rejection analysis.
• Manage calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
• Support internal, external and customer audits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams.
