Sr Engineer Hardware

What You Will Do

• Join customer’s specification review in early stage, evaluate the risk and provide supports to PLM and MKT to finalize the SPEC;
• Take responsibility of architecture design and high risk technology. Good ability on risk prediction and control.
• Writes design documents; Assign the design tasks to engineers or take charge of schematic design. Provide guide to PCB layout engineer to finish PCB design.
• Review hardware related designs and development documentations, ensure the correctness and standardization.
• Provide advanced training for engineers. Be able to see the technical development direction, can lead junior engineer continuingly growth.
• Provide technology supports to customer, have strong capability on issue shooting, can communicate with customer in proper way.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proficient in analog and digital circuit design;
• Familiar with Orcad and Allegro;
• Strong ability of circuit analysis and simulation, familiar with PCB layout.
• Familiar with oscilloscope, network analyser, frequency analyser etc.;
• Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
