Responsibilities

• Set and optimize injection moulding processes.
• Handle injection moulding machines (50T-1200T).
• Achieve production and OEE targets.
• Reduce rejection, scrap, and cycle time.
• Perform mould changeover and reduce setup time.
• Coordinate mould and machine preventive maintenance.
• Ensure defect-free production as per quality standards.
• Monitor process parameters and SOP compliance.
• Conduct new mould/tool trials and maintain records.
• Maintain production and material reconciliation records.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Maintain 5S and shop floor discipline.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 documentation.
• Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train operators on process and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement (PQCDSME).

Required Skills

• Injection moulding process setting and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plastic raw materials.
• Machine handling (50T-1200T).
• OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• IATF 16949 documentation.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Required Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Plastic
