We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Engineer IT- End User Services at Faridabad or Noida location.

Missions/Main Duties

Responsibilities

• L1/L2 End-User and Deskside Support
• Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and Peripheral Management
• Windows OS and Enterprise Application Troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 / O365 Support and Administration
• Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support
• Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Access Management
• Intune and SCCM Endpoint Management
• Network Connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Remote Access Support
• IT Asset Management and Technical Documentation
• Onboarding, Offboarding, Escalation, and Global IT Collaboration

Key Metrics (KPI's)

• End-User Support and Service Desk Operations
• Deskside Support for Hardware and Peripherals
• Windows OS and Application Troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration and Support
• Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support
• Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Identity Management
• Intune and SCCM Endpoint Administration
• Network, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Remote Access Troubleshooting
• IT Asset Management and Documentation
• Incident Management, Escalation, and Cross-Functional IT Collaboration
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills

Profile/Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer sciences or related field,

Job Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
