Sr. Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Engineer IT Infrastructure Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $173,075 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud networking solutions
• Lead architecture reviews to enhance network performance and security
• Develop and maintain enterprise network standards and operational procedures
• Serve as technical lead for complex infrastructure projects
• Provide Level 3/4 support for intricate networking issues
• Design secure network architectures compliant with regulations
• Mentor junior engineers and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with leadership of complex infrastructure projects
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, and cloud networking technologies
• Proficient in security technologies like Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, and MFA solutions
• Experience with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and ServiceNow
