Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

• To ensure Preventive maintenance is accomplished and documented in a disciplined manner.
• To maintain machine history cards for all machines equipments.
• To provide uninterrupted Utility services.
• To ensure that all safety equipments are installed and available in operating order.
• Maintain monitor inventories of spares.
• To monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving.
• To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures.
• To educate the operators for not changing or interfering with the safety devices.
• To plan for spare parts required for critical machines.
• To maintain the documents related to IATF 16949 QMS.
• To learn and support implement TPM in shop floor.
• To co-operate co-ordinate with internal customers of Maint Dept.
• Any other task entrusted by the HOD.
• Direct Reports: 2-3.

• Basic Machine maintenance knowledge

• Mechanical part composition knowledge

Qualifications

DME /BE

Experience

DME with 06 to 08 or BE with 05 to 07 yrs of Experience in automobile industry
