Sr Engineer - MDM

• Design, develop, and implement robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across enterprise systems.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of MDM hubs, defining data models, matching rules, and data stewardship workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between the MDM hub and various source/target systems, utilizing APIs, ETL tools, and other data integration technologies.
• Define and enforce data governance policies and standards within the MDM framework, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

▪ Minimum Qualification ▪ Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Systems (Master’s preferred) ▪ Minimum 8+ years in Data Management / Enterprise Applications ▪ 5+ years hands-on with Oracle MDM (Siebel UCM, OEDQ and ODI) ▪ Strong expertise in core MDM capabilities like Match & merge, survivorship, golden record, Customer/party, product, and supplier data models ▪ Proven experience across Oracle ecosystem: Oracle EBS / Fusion integration, SOA / OIC /APIs / Middleware, Oracle Database (PL/SQL, performance basics) ▪ Hands-on in implementation & BAU support: Data migration, cleansing, onboarding,Workflow/stewardship setup, Batch and real-time integrations ▪ Strong exposure to production support & ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release, RCA) ▪ Experience in infrastructure & environment management: App servers, DB, middleware ▪ Patching, upgrades, DR, performance tuning OCI / cloud or on-prem deployments ▪ Background in regulated environments (banking preferred) with focus on audit, security,and compliance ▪ Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and AMS partners ▪ Relevant certifications preferred : Oracle | ITIL | Cloud (OCI/Azure/AWS)
