Sr Engineer_ MEP - ELV

Job Requirements Responsible for planning, execution, supervision, testing & commissioning of ELV/Low Current systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, Public Address, Data/Telephone, MATV, Nurse Call, Wi-Fi/Access Point, structured cabling and networking systems. Shall review drawings and specifications, plan manpower and materials, monitor site progress, coordinate with Client/Consultant/OEM/Subcontractors and other MEP disciplines, ensure QA/QC and safety compliance, resolve site/technical issues, maintain MIR/RFI and progress documentation, and manage snag closure, as-built drawings and final system handover.

Work Experience Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8–16 years of relevant experience in ELV/Low Current systems for large building/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Access Control, PA, Data/Telephone, structured cabling, fiber optics and networking with hands-on experience in installation, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and system integration. Should have sound knowledge of shop drawings, BOQ/specifications, MIR/RFI, material planning, subcontractor management, progress monitoring, Client/Consultant coordination, QA/QC, HSE requirements and project handover documentation.
