Sr Engineer / Module Lead - Agentic AI & Data Science

Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer who is proficient in Full Stack developer with above mentioned Primary Skills to join our dynamic team who are at the forefront of enabling enterprises in AI/ML.

The ideal candidate should bepassionate about full-stack development in building product for our customers

Effectively Communicate and Collaborate with internal teams and customer to build code leveraging or building low level design documents aligning to standard coding principles and guidelines .

Primary (Must have hands on experience):

• 2 years of experience in GenAI core skills, including RAG pipelines, Langchain, and Agentic AI framework.
• 3-5 years of experience in Python.
• 2-3 years experience in API creation using FastAPI.
• 1-2 years of experience of Azure AI services

Job Description:

As a Sr Gen AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Azure cloud services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into intelligent, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of LLM- and RAG-based applications, ensuring adherence to ML and DL best practices.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines including data cleaning, pre-processing, feature engineering, training, validation, and inference.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Azure AI Search, Weaviate).
• Deploy GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Azure Container Apps (CA).
• Evaluate model performance and factuality using RAGAS, and apply iterative improvements.
• Use orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen for scalable and modular GenAI workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for smooth deployment, monitoring, and logging of AI systems.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote clean, maintainable code.
• Document AI architecture, pipelines, and decisions to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest in LLMs, prompt engineering, GenAI frameworks, and vector search technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, validate use cases, and ensure AI solutions drive business impact.
• Contribute to the development of reusable GenAI components, APIs, and internal tools.
• Required skills include: Python, Transformers, Azure OpenAI, Weaviate/Azure AI Search, RAGAS, LangChain, Cosmos DB, containerization, and prompt engineering.
