SR ENGINEER ( NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION )

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• With proven hands-on experience in wire harness products
• Knowledgeable on New Product Introduction & Project Management
• Knowledgeable on Technical Drawings, Product Design and Quality Documents
• Knowledgeable in Plastic Injection & Assembly process
• A team player, able to work independently, result –oriented, possess leadership with good organizational, communication and inter-personal skills
• Responsible for the new model development activities during engineering build, pre-production build and start of production
• Preparation of release report and required documents upon initial part application
• Purchase materials, machine, spare parts and equipment related to new product development
• Process buy off prior to trial stage
• Conduct feasibility studies for every new product if can be developed using existing process in the assembly line
• Preparation of technical report and evaluation report for quality issues encountered during and after new product development
