Sr. Engineer NPQ

-Coordinate and manage quality assurance activities for export new product development projects, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and internal procedures

• Lead quality planning activities by preparing Control Plans, PFMEA inputs, Process Standards, Setup Verification, Layout Inspection, MSA, SPC, PBTR, AOI, Packing Proposals, and PSW documentation.
• Act as the primary quality contact for customers regarding product quality issues with export customers.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer quality issues promptly.
• Perform Initial analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Critical Test for new product and Sample part inspection
• Manage customer quality requirements for export projects, including customer communication, quality documentation, issue resolution, and technical support during new product launches.
• Verify packaging, labeling, and product identification meet international shipping and customer requirements.
• Preparing OPL, Q-alert preparation & display.
• Ensure horizontal deployment of corrective actions across similar products and processes while monitoring their effectiveness.
• New Product Stage Wise control verification, Based on past trouble data base (Proto/PPAP/Mass Production).
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports, project status updates, and management review presentations.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives through QA Matrix, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke).
• Customer, and third-party quality audits handling by ensuring documentation compliance and timely closure of audit observations.
• Knolwdge in concept development on design and Development

-Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for new products.

• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of new product designs.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to establish quality benchmarks.
• Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for product quality issues.
• Facilitate training and development for team members on quality standards and practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations.
• Support production teams with quality-related issues and maintain quality documentation.
