Leading to Process Quality (Incomimg/In Process /Pre- Dispatch).
New Product Development – Product Trail, Product /Process Validation, Customer Approval
Internal Audits (Process/ Product Audit, 5S Audits,Safety Audits,Dock Audits) & calibrations.
Preparation of procedures,SOPs and ensure standardisation & implementation of Quality system
Quality Lab management, Team Management, 4M change control.
