About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation & Data Analyst with expertise in automation, data analysis, and dashboarding, preferably within the Telecom (RF Optimization & Planning) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation solutions, developing dashboards, and implementing AI/ML-driven workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate RF planning and optimization workflows using Python.
• Perform data analysis and implement AI/ML-based solutions for RF optimization.
• Design and develop workflows and datasets in Alteryx .
• Create interactive dashboards in DOMO with auto-updating databases.
• Build automation scripts and bots (e.g., Outlook iBOT, Spectrum Buying Script, 4G/5G Coverage Analysis tools).
• Develop and optimize reporting systems to reduce manual effort (daily/hourly reports for RF engineers).
• Work on telecom automation projects such as OSS audits, PCI confusion resolution, KPI monitoring, and cluster optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Programming: Python (Strong expertise in automation & AI/ML libraries)
• Data & Dashboarding: Alteryx, DOMO, SQL
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS
• Other: Experience in building automation bots, XML parsing, and telecom data processing

Preferred Background:

• Strong experience in Telecom domain (4G/5G RF optimization & automation).
• Proven track record of developing automation scripts/tools that reduce manual efforts.
• Ability to handle large datasets and create meaningful visualizations.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities with strong communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

• MCA (Computer Science) or equivalent
• Bachelor s in Computer Science (preferred)
