Sr. Engineer –Software Delivery

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary This position is responsible for the development of communication software for automotive Electronic Control Units based on the AutoSAR platform. The engineer will work according to customer requirements and system design specifications to implement message parsing, diagnostic handling, BSW configuration, and integration testing. During the development lifecycle, the role also provides on-site customer support for communication issue analysis and resolution. The position requires solid knowledge of automotive communication protocols, proficiency with relevant toolchains, and strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Layer Communication and Diagnostic Software Development 1) Implement message parsing and processing logic. 2) Perform application-layer unit testing and functional validation. 3) Use CANoe to develop CAPL scripts for simulation testing and message verification.
• BSW Configuration and Integration 1) Check AutoSAR BSW using the DaVinci toolchain, including core modules such as COM, PDUR, CANIF, CAN Driver, DCM, DEM, etc. 2) Generate BSW code, perform compilation, and complete software integration testing.
• Communication Issue Analysis and Customer Support 1) Analyze, locate, and resolve customer-reported communication issues based on protocols such as J1939 and UDS. 2) Identify root causes using tools such as CANoe, Lauterbach debuggers, and log analysis. 3) Provide corrective solutions or software modification recommendations.
• Documentation and Process Prepare communication software design documents, configuration documentation, and test reports as project deliverables.

Qualifications and Competencies Technical Requirements 1) Solid foundation in C programming with embedded software development experience. 2) Familiarity with AutoSAR communication-related modules 3) Proficient in CAN and CAN FD communication. 4) Familiar with at least one communication protocol: J1939 or UDS. 5) Understanding of ECU communication configuration and software integration workflows. 6) Experience using Python and CAPL for development and debugging. 7) Proficient with CANoe; experience with DaVinci Configurator and PREEvision is a plus. 8) Basic knowledge of modeling tools such as MATLAB / Simulink is a plus. Competency Requirements 1) Strong logical thinking and problem-analysis skills, with the ability to independently diagnose complex communication issues. 2) Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills. 3) Basic proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing for collaboration with international teams.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and above in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoSAR communication-related development, with a solid understanding of ECU software development processes.
