Sr. Engineering Manager, GoFlow

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on building and scaling web experiences that support growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will partner closely with product, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions. The position combines technical leadership, team development, and execution discipline to improve performance, quality, and scalability across the platform.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of engineers, promoting innovation and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and marketing teams on growth strategies
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate agile events, including sprints and retrospectives
• Coach the team on best practices in software development
• Ensure rigorous quality assurance in an agile environment
• Champion scalability and performance improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next, GraphQL, and Node
• Experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong full-stack development and architecture skills
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
• Background in scaling web platforms for high-traffic applications
• Excellent understanding of agile frameworks and project management
