作为一名Digital Business Partner，您将成为Molex数字化转型的关键推动者，负责与事业部全球不同站点合作，识别和实现数字化机会，优化业务流程，提高竞争优势。您将与团队协作，确保数字化战略和解决方案符合公司的整体目标。此职位需要全球视野，支持分布在不同国家的站点，推动全球数字化进程。您还将与部门内的技术团队紧密合作，以确保技术解决方案的有效实施。

主要职责：

• 战略合作： 与事业部各个站点业务负责人紧密合作，理解其需求，制定并推动数字化战略。
• 技术协作： 与部门技术团队紧密合作，确保技术解决方案的开发和实施符合业务需求。
• 项目管理： 领导和管理跨国界的数字化项目，从概念到实施确保项目按时、在预算内交付。
• 全球协作： 促进和协调不同国家和文化背景的团队合作，确保数字化战略的全球一致性和本地适应性。
• 技术评估： 评估新兴技术和数字化解决方案的潜力，并提出实施建议。
• 数据分析： 利用数据驱动的洞察力，帮助识别业务改进机会，并支持数据驱动的决策。
• 变革管理： 支持事业部在数字化转型过程中的变革管理，确保顺利过渡和员工接受度。
• 创新推动： 推动创新文化，通过设计思维、敏捷方法等促进持续改进。

任职要求：

• 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、商业管理或相关领域优先。
• 经验： 具备5年以上相关工作经验，具备数字化转型项目管理经验者优先，具有跨国项目或国际化团队合作经验者优先。
• 技能：
• 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与不同国家和文化背景的人员有效互动。
• 熟悉数据分析工具和技术。
• 具备强烈的商业头脑和解决问题的能力。
• 语言能力： 英语流利。
