About Our Client This is a long-established general contractor that provides construction and project management services across multiple sectors. It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects.

It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity

Job Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
• Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids.
• Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules.
• Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting.
• Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
• Open to travel across Texas occasionally
