Job Context This is an open job circular. The final position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies. Key Responsibilities

• Execute clients’ orders in accordance with SBL trading rules.
• Monitor clients’ margin exposure closely.
• Ensure compliance with BSEC, DSE, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients and provide daily market scenario and portfolio updates.
• Collect market-sensitive information and communicate relevant updates to clients.
• Analyze market trends and corporate balance sheets to provide better client services.
• Provide recommendations to management for business growth.
• Achieve turnover targets and maximize existing portfolio value.
• Develop and maintain strong investor relationships.
• Conduct daily client calls to introduce new accounts and encourage deposits.
• Maintain and update daily written buy/sell orders.
• Achieve daily and monthly deposit targets.
• Attend daily and monthly departmental meetings.

Educational Requirements Candidates should have an MBA / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, or another relevant discipline. Experience Requirements 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the capital market/brokerage industry. Requirements
