Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

• 3 to 7 years

Additional Requirements

• Experience in HR & Administration preferably from Manufacturing Industries at HR Operational work.

• Sound knowledge on AI with MS Office Applications especially Power point, Excel, Power BI etc.

• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law.

Responsibilities & Context

• To prepare HR reports, attendance summaries and payroll input data.
• To oversee recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across multiple position.
• To prepare monthly wages, overtime and take necessary steps to disburse.
• To assist and follow up daily HR activities and ensure uninterrupted daily factory HR operations.
• To maintain employee records, HR database and ensure proper documentation.
• To utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and industry-specific platforms.
• To handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary procedures as per company policy.
• To ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the process.
• To develop Skill Matrix for all relevant position and support to adhere as per development plan.
• To implement Employee Welfare and manage Statutory Compliance .
• To stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRM.
