Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager – IT & E-commerce Technology

Job Role Summary : The Lead – IT & E-commerce Technology will be responsible for managing Glo-Q’s D2C website, e-commerce technology stack, platform integrations, analytics infrastructure, and overall IT operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in D2C e-commerce ecosystems, Shopify or equivalent platforms, website optimisation, third-party integrations, and digital operations management. This role requires a blend of technical capability, problem-solving mindset, execution speed, and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities :

1. D2C Website Management & Optimisation & Execution

• Manage and maintain the Glo-Q D2C website and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Ensure high website uptime, speed, responsiveness, and seamless customer experience
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, and designers for website updates and improvements
• Implement landing pages, product pages, and campaign-related website requirements
• Monitor and optimise website conversion rates and checkout experience
• Ensure mobile-first optimisation and premium user experience across devices

2. E-commerce Technology & Integrations

• Manage Shopify (or equivalent platform) ecosystem and related applications daily/weekly based on requirements.
• Handle integrations across payment gateways, CRM, ERP, logistics, analytics, and marketing tools
• Coordinate implementation of third-party tools such as GoKwik, Razorpay, Klaviyo, WhatsApp automation, etc.
• Ensure smooth API integrations and data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to website, plugins, and integrations

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Set up and manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, conversion APIs, and tracking systems
• Ensure accurate attribution and event tracking across platforms
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for website and business performance
• Work closely with marketing and growth teams to support campaign tracking and optimisation
• Monitor customer behaviour and website funnel performance

4. Website Security & IT Infrastructure

• Ensure website security, data protection, and platform reliability
• Manage domain, hosting, SSL, backups, and access controls
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with best practices for cybersecurity and customer data protection
• Maintain internal IT systems and software access management

5. E-commerce Operations Support

• Support product uploads, inventory sync, pricing updates, and catalogue management
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for order management integrations
• Ensure smooth functioning of checkout, payment, shipping, and customer communication systems
• Help automate workflows and operational processes wherever possible

6. Vendor & Agency Management

• Coordinate with website development agencies, IT vendors, and platform partners
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and automation opportunities
• Ensure timely project execution and accountability from external partners
• Manage timelines, testing, and deployment processes

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, customer support, and finance teams
• Support technology requirements for campaigns, product launches, and business growth initiatives
• Assist leadership in evaluating future tech scalability and infrastructure planning
