Sr. Executive – Business Analyst, ERP Implementation & System Development

MASCO Group is seeking a business-focused professional to translate operational requirements into effective ERP solutions. The role covers business analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and user coordination across ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate business requirements through discussions with stakeholders and end users.
• Map existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design practical system, solution, and product workflows.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process maps, UI prototypes, and functional specifications.
• Guide developers by explaining business rules, workflows, validations, and acceptance criteria; clarify requirements throughout development.
• Test completed solutions, document defects, coordinate corrections, and verify alignment with approved requirements.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), obtain user feedback, and support solution readiness for implementation.
• Implement ERP solutions across assigned modules, prepare user manuals, and conduct user training.
• Maintain strong communication with end users, resolve functional issues, and monitor adoption after implementation.
• Independently write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that support operational monitoring and management decisions.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, changes, testing, and implementation activities.

Educational Qualifications :

Minimum bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines :

• BBA in Management Information Systems (MIS), Accounting, or Finance.
• BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT).

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or functional system development.
• Ability to understand business processes and convert requirements into clear, implementable solutions.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL queries and Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong skills in process mapping, BRD preparation, UI prototyping, testing, UAT, and user documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Programming knowledge is not required. The role focuses on business domain understanding, solution design, and guiding developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of textile or garments manufacturing processes.
• Experience using Figma or Visio for prototyping and process documentation.
• Textile or garments industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from other industries with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
