Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and tailor training programs based on customer-specific requirements, with a focus on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Manufacturing Excellence Models.
2. Develop and deliver structured training content covering ISO standards, IATF requirements, Lean systems, TPM, and manufacturing best practices, integrating both theoretical and practical aspects.
3. Conduct customer site visits to assess training needs, finalize delivery approach, and ensure alignment with plant operations and industry standards.
4. Perform pre- and post-training assessments, track trainee performance, and prepare detailed effectiveness reports to drive continuous improvement.
5. Deliver training sessions effectively in Tamil, English, and Hindi to reach diverse audiences.

Certifications & Professional Credentials:

1. Certified ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Internal Auditor
2. IATF 16949 Internal Auditor
3. Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor s in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (BE).
