Overview

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and social media mandates
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable briefs for creative and execution teams
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of social content and campaigns
• Collaborate within the Power of One model across creative, strategy, media, influencer, and production teams
• Bring ideas around social trends, platforms, creators, and culturally relevant content
• Track campaign performance and support reporting and client presentations
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client mandates
• Stay updated on emerging social platforms, formats, creator trends, and digital behaviour

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital, content, or integrated agencies
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content ecosystems
• Experience in client servicing / account management
• Good understanding of creative and content development
• Demonstrated curiosity about how AI is transforming social and content
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams
• A social-first, culturally curious, and digitally native mindset
