Sr. Executive-Collections

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of collectors to achieve monthly targets for loan recoveries.
• Conduct field visits to identify potential issues and implement strategies for improving collections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to resolve queries and concerns related to loan repayments.
• Analyze data reports to track performance metrics and optimize collection processes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in collections or recovery roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction during field visits.
• Ability to analyze data reports using tools like Excel or similar software.
