- Handle CRM management and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure compliance with SLA and TAT commitments.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and share performance insights.
- Prepare MIS reports and client performance dashboards.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned key customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers.
- Conduct regular customer interactions and review meetings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
