Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls/emails to follow up on overdue payments
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Meet individual and team collection targets
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve disputes

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
