Sr Executive - Design

Responsibilities: - Build a strong portfolio across digital campaigns, UI/UX, web/landing pages, social media, presentations, branding, and marketing collaterals.

• Design user-centric web experiences, landing pages, and digital interfaces using Figma , including wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, and design systems.
• Bring fresh, original ideas for digital and marketing campaigns , with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and user experience.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution with minimal supervision.
• Use Generative AI and AI-powered design tools for ideation, asset creation, and faster creative workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency and a high standard of design across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Content, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior designers when required. Requirements- 4 6 years of graphic design experience , preferably within SaaS, B2B, IT, or technology companies .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, UI/UX, web/landing pages, social media, presentations, branding, and marketing collaterals.
• Strong proficiency in Figma with hands-on experience creating UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, and design systems.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, responsive web design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and modern design workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
