Sr Executive - Examination & Assessment

Role Overview

The Senior Executive - Examination Assessment is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of examination and assessment processes. The role ensures accurate management of examination schedules, attendance records, result processing, and examination-related documentation while maintaining compliance with university regulations and confidentiality standards. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and leverage Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, UMS, LMS, and Examination Management Systems to ensure efficient examination operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate examination and assessment processes as per university requirements.
• Manage examination schedules, attendance records, and examination-related documentation.
• Process examination data and support timely result processing.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with examination regulations and academic policies.
• Maintain examination records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of examination activities.
• Utilize UMS, LMS, and Examination Management Systems for examination administration and record management.

Qualifications Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a University Examination Department.
• Hands-on experience in managing examination processes, including examination scheduling, attendance records, result processing, and maintaining examination-related documentation.
• Familiarity with examination regulations, academic policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Experience working with Examination Management Systems, UMS, and LMS.
