Job Title: Sr. Executive/ Executive – Pharmacy Operations

Location: Navi Mumbai and Indore, Big chain of Hospital.

Reporting to: Head - Pharmacy Operations

Qualification: B. Pharma / D. Pharma

Experience: Min 5yrs as Pharmacy Incharge

JOB GUIDELINES

1. Ensure delivery of quality pharmacy service for patients and healthcare professionals

2. Ensuring the dispensing of medications happen smoothly

3. First Expiry First Out (FEFO) to be followed while arranging and dispensing the drugs to

reduce incidence of dispensing errors.

4. Inventory Management (Drug and Non-Drug).

5. To handle drug indents as per priority and ensure all orders to reach within specified

timelines as per policy.

6. Maintaining the quality standards as per JCI or NABH.

7. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality

assurance through adherence to the standard operating process and quality indicator.

8. To maintain good pharmacy services to achieve high Customer satisfaction index

9. Provide monthly reports as and when required.

10. To participate and support in executing the stock audits

11. To keep a control on inventory levels and ordering process according to annual budget

12. To utilize the manpower provided in accordance with the hospital approved budgetary

guidelines

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
