Role and Responsibilities:

1. Renewing current policies and assisting with claims.

2. Provide proactive support to clients in the renewal process consistently, timely, and accurately.

3. Track contracts that are soon to expire and contact customers for renewals. The customers need to be contacted both in writing and by call 2 months in advance and reminders to be given periodically.

4. When sending reminders, detailed fresh Quotes for renewal with complete information must be emailed to the client.

5. Gracefully accept discontinuation and record the feedback.

6. Analyze customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.

7. Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.

8. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.

10. When advising for renewal, you will sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers portfolio. Evaluating business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and proposing protection plans that meet their criteria

11. Fill all proposals & portability forms & hand them to team members.

12. Submit documents to the relevant concerned department.

13. Scan all documents and email them to the team/ insurance company for approval and get confirmation of portability from the insurance company.

14. Once everything is approved, inform the client, and get the cheque collected.

15. Submit all the original documents to the Insurance Company.

16. Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders

17. Maintain bookkeeping systems, database, and records

• Manage policies under the Public Liability Act, including coverage for industrial and non-industrial risks.

2. Commercial General Insurance (CGI):

• Offer advice on comprehensive insurance policies that cover business risks, including third-party liabilities and property damage.
• Customize policies to meet the unique needs of commercial clients.

3. Clinical Trial Policy:

• Provide insurance solutions for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage claims and risk assessments for trial-related injuries or adverse effects.

4. Cyber Insurance:

• Assess clients cyber risk exposure and recommend policies to protect against data breaches, ransomware, and other digital threats.
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and evolving coverage options.

5. Jewellers Comprehensive Policy:

• Offer tailored insurance for jewellery, covering stock, property, and transit risks.
• Handle claims related to theft, damage, or loss of jewellery and valuable items.

6. Professional Indemnity Insurance:

• Advise on policies that cover errors, omissions, and professional liabilities for various industries.
• Assist professionals in managing risks associated with their services.

7. Money Insurance:

• Provide coverage solutions for cash, cheques, and other monetary instruments.
• Manage risks associated with money transit, safe custody, and theft.

8. All Risk Insurance:

• Offer comprehensive policies that cover a range of risks, including accidental loss or damage to valuable items.
• Customize coverage based on individual or business needs.

9. Workmen Compensation:

• Ensure adequate coverage for employee injuries, occupational illnesses, or accidents.
• Stay compliant with regulatory requirements related to workplace safety.

10. Contractor All Risk Insurance:

• Manage insurance for construction projects, covering risks associated with building activities.
• Provide risk assessments and recommend appropriate policy limits.

11. Erection All Risk Insurance:

• Offer specialized coverage for the erection of machinery, plants, and structures.
• Ensure comprehensive protection during installation or construction phases.

12. Event Insurance:

• Provide insurance solutions for various events, including coverage for cancellations, liability, and property damage.
• Assist clients in mitigating risks associated with organizing events.

13. Pet/Cattle Insurance:

• Manage policies for livestock and pet coverage, including health, theft, and accidental injury.
• Advise clients on coverage options and claims processes.
