Sr. Executive - Forex CPC| Chennai

• The Sr. Executive - Forex CPC is responsible for authorizing Trade Finance, Retail Inland and Forex transactions processed through the Centralized Trade Processing Cell.

• The role ensures accurate transaction authorization, adherence to internal policies, FEMA/RBI regulations, ICC guidelines, operational controls and service standards while supporting business units and branches across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Authorize Trade Finance, Retail Inland, and Forex transactions in accordance with approved policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Verify trade transactions to ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, ICC, AML, and internal policy requirements.

• Ensure adherence to defined TATs and service standards across all products handled by the unit.

• Execute transaction authorization with due diligence to prevent operational losses, errors, and missed transactions.

• Provide timely support to branches and stakeholders for resolution of Trade and Forex-related queries.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with operational controls, risk management, and governance requirements.

• Support internal, concurrent, external, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes, AML/KYC requirements, and Trade Finance practices through continuous learning and certification programs through e-learning course modules.

Qualifications

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Qualification: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (Any specialization)

Trade IIBF certification preferable
