Sr. Executive- Import/Export

We are having urgent requirement of Sr. Executive- Import/Export for our manufacturing unit at Pithampur / Indore location.

Minimum 3 Years to 8 Years of Experience in Import-Export Profile.

Job Description: -

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Preparation of PI
• Checking LC draft and prepared export documents accordingly
• Coordination with Business Development team.
• Order Follow up with Process and Manufacturing team
• Arranging freight forwardering and negotiating rates with forwarders (If required)
• Actively followup with Forwarder and arrange Booking
• Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Ensure container placement on schedule time
• Communication with Buyer (If required)
• Preparation of Preshipment Documents Invoice, Packing List, Self Examination Report
• Approving Export Checklist
• Maintain accurate records and reports for all Export activities.
• Document followup with Forwarder / CHA
• Prepartion of disposal instruction after receving payment
• Prepare Sample documents and arragne timly dispatch through DHL
• Maintain Export Shipment MIS
• Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT
• Maintain record of Various Export Promotion Scheme such as Drawback, Rodtep
• RoDTEP Scrip Generation to pay the import duty payment
• To maintain EPCG License mis
• Maintan Export Shipment Costing Sheet
• responsible for managing DGFT Licenses , Authorisations and all relevant documents.
• Ensuring adherance to all relevant DGFT and other trade related regulations.
• Identify and Utlise availble Export benefit and incentives

Education: - Any Graduate / MBA/ PG diploma in foreign trade will be advantages
