System & Data Management

• Accurate input and approval of daily incoming/outgoing shipment and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Investigation of root causes for system vs. physical inventory variances and execution of corrective actions.

Inventory Optimization & Operational Management

• Setting safety stock levels and monitoring reorder points (ROP).
• Identifying dead stock (slow-moving inventory) and products near expiry, and issuing alerts to relevant departments.

Physical Inventory Audits / Stock Counts

• Planning, leading on-site execution, and preparing variance reports for monthly and annual physical inventory counts.

Process Improvement

• Proposing system and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, including warehouse location management (e.g., barcode integration).

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years
• Education:
• Skills: inventory management, warehouse management, warehouse management systems, inventory control systems, sap warehouse management, warehouse operations
