Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee the use and optimization of ERP and inventory management systems.
• Generate and present inventory performance reports and key metrics to senior management.
• Lead and train inventory control staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to support demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Support finance and audit teams in inventory valuation and year end audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and enhance operational efficiency.

• Knowledge of logistics and warehousing industry
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory); English (Other languages would be an added advantage)
