Sr. Executive - IT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, networking equipment, printers, Wi-Fi, switches and other IT assets.
• Administer and monitor servers, storage systems, backups and related infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure IT systems protection, including antivirus, firewall, access controls, data security and regular security monitoring.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights and IT security policies across the organization.
• Monitor network and server performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system-related issues.
• Plan and execute data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Support the implementation, configuration and integration of ERP systems across departments such as Production, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Accounts and HR.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors/implementation partners for customization, troubleshooting, upgrades and user support.
• Understand business processes and work with various departments to improve IT systems and ERP usage.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, systems, licenses, configurations, SOPs and security procedures.
• Ensure timely installation, updates, patching and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and conduct basic IT awareness/training when required.
• Monitor IT vendors, AMC/service providers and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Assist management in identifying opportunities for IT automation, process improvement and digital transformation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
