Sr. Executive - Liability Operations

On-boarding of Customers processing all Customer Instructions

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 3 to 5 years

• Responsible for On-boarding and Maintenance of Non individual in particular and Individual accounts. Deliverable data management.
• Error Free processing of Account opening, Customer requests as per guidelines and ensure checks and controls.
• Regulatory guidelines on CKYC, Re-KYC are met. Validation of TAT Compliance and any exceptions are reviewed for closure with Team Lead.
• Review the data for accuracy and work on improvement to ensure that good data gets into system.
• Continuous effort to ensure data is accurate.
• Regular MIS on the process and exceptions to highlight for improvement and automation.
• Review of Exceptions / Rejects for bringing in improvement in process, control and education purpose.
• Training to the team on process adherence and controls.
