Position - Sr. Executive – NOC Support

Key Requirements :

• Position: Sr. Executive – NOC Support
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or IT.
• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP preferred/required as specified.
• Joining Timeline: Immediate

Required Skills :

• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, IP networking, and network design.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of routing protocols: RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Understanding of MPLS, static routes, access lists, route maps, and tunneling.
• Knowledge of LAN protocols: VLAN (IEEE 802.1Q), VTP, STP, RSTP, HSRP, and GLBP.
• Experience with GPON, MEN, ISP networks, and upstream bandwidth integration.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and energetic approach to work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain network usage reports and logs as per business and statutory requirements.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and IP data networks.
• Monitor and support LAN/WAN infrastructure and network operations.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors for networking-related issues.
• Support upstream provider integration and international bandwidth operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, RIP, and EIGRP.
• Manage network configurations involving MPLS, HSRP, access lists, and tunnel installations.
• Support GPON, MEN, and ISP network operations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and network records.

Qualification / Experience :

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Communication, Computer Sc. Or IT, CCNA/CCNP
• Experience: 2–4 years in networking or NOC support.
