Sr Executive - performance marketing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention across various digital channels.
• Manage a team of marketers to achieve monthly/quarterly targets, providing guidance on campaign optimization, budget allocation, and analytics tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product) to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategy development and improve ROI.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition through paid advertising channels (CAC).
• Strong understanding of PPC/SEM best practices, including keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization.
