What they need
Noida International University is looking for a results-driven Senior Executive Performance Marketing to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for student admissions and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct trend analysis, audience analysis, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the admissions and creative teams for effective campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, preferably in education or lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of data analytics, campaign reporting, and trend analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
