Job Title : Sr. Executive Production

Location- Tamil Nadu

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for production quality and quantity, ensuring target yield and efficiency.

• Responsible for local RCN Purchase Quality Check and reporting whenever required

• Responsible for performing RCN Cutting test each lot before processing and monitor the result with processing.

• Ensure lot-wise and grade-wise product quality and efficiency as per Company standards.

• Monitor and record daily, weekly, and monthly production data accurately.

• Ensure process parameters are followed in all sections according to Company quality guidelines.

• Enforce strict pest control and hygiene practices in processing areas; report any pest issues to the Toll Processor.

• Collect and circulate daily production reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Identify and report any food safety issues, foreign matter, or contamination risks; ensure timely corrective actions.

• Manage and control production inventory and work-in-progress materials.

• Participate in investigations related to customer complaints with the Toll Processor.

• Conduct RCN quality checks every 15 days; highlight findings and submit reports.

• Perform batch-wise quality testing for final packed products, shelling, and peeling areas.

• Conduct visual inspections for physical defects, moisture checks, and FM presence to assess overall food quality.

• Carry out GMP rounds; immediately report non-conformities to concerned teams and the Toll Processor.

• Conduct regular product improvement trials as per Company requirements.

• Maintain end-to-end documentation for section-wise production quantity and quality.

• Train workers on grading, sorting, and quality-related practices.

• Inspect externally purchased kernels for quality and attend customer visits in case of product complaints.

• Coordinate and ensure quality compliance in external kernel purchases when required.

• Ensure strict process control at every step of the operation as per Company standards.

• Handle RCN movement and arrange loading when required.
