Sr Executive - Program Management

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add a Senior Executive - Program Management located in Chennai location.

Reports to the Manager, and the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Must have good knowledge of Program management process from Sheetmetal domain.
• Must have led critical and high impact projects.
• Have sound knowledge of program Management methodologies and have good manufacturing experience preferably in sheet metal industry.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverable.
• May collect and prepares information for use in discussion/meetings of management staff
• Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within GBS / SITE CFT team
• Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills Customer Management Skill
• Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of Product life cycle
• Sound knowledge of office automation or automation through Excel will be added advantage

The experience we re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent
• Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in PM Domain
• Sound understanding /knowhow on the financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit Loss on the business
• Hands on experience on using the ERP tool like Baan / SAP for PM role.
• Flexible working on weekends based on site requirements
• Night shift (7pm - 4am)
