Sr Executive - Recruiter

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Construction recruitment is required
• Qualification: MBA / PG in HR preferred
• Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
• Notice Period: Candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Handle CTC negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipelines and hiring reports.
